Application instructions

All interested NATO/PfP countries can send a request for attendance directly to ItaJAOS following the guidelines listed below:

send a request of application to aerocoop.ucd@aeronautica.difesa.it within two months of the start of the concerned course, specifying the address of the requesting unit - reported personnel must meet the requirements listed under "COURSE ELEGIBILITY", which is in the data sheet for each specific course;
after receiving a pre-book confirmation, send a filled Joining Report form (JR) to aerocoop.ucd@aeronautica.difesa.it. You will receive by ItaJAOS a document called “Standard Procedures Letter for Admission to ItaJAOS International Courses (SPL)”. This document must be signed by the military authority of the applicant;
send the signed SPL to aerocoop.ucd@aeronautica.difesa.it;
after receiving an email with logistical provisions, send to aerocoop.ucd@aeronautica.difesa.it the following forms: Personal Pass request form, copy of Security Clearance Certificate (valid for the duration of the course); Lodging request form and Wifi responsibility form (if you chose military lodging), Car pass request form (if needed).

All non-NATO countries must send their requests for participation to the Italian Defense Staff.
