The military Bodies/Units interested in the Courses can send a request for attendance directly to the ItaJAOS, within three months prior to the start of each course concerned, following the guideline bullets listed below:

send to the Academics Coordination Office [mail to: aerocoop.ucd@aeronautica.difesa.it] the names and personal data of the military and civilian personnel candidate for the attendance of the courses, specifying the full name and address of the requesting Unit as well;

all candidates have to be in compliance with the requirements listed in each course’s data sheet included in this Catalogue, have to fill out the “Joining Report” (link) and send it to the Academics Coordination Office [mail to: aerocoop.ucd@aeronautica.difesa.it];

the attendance will be formally confirmed with a “Standard Procedures for the admission to ItaJAOS International Courses” letter sent by ItaJAOS to the requesting Body/Unit. The contract letter shall be signed and returned to the School by the date that will be indicated in the letter itself.
