Today we celebrate Blood Donor Day. On this occasion, you can refer to the Celio Military Polyclinic to donate blood from 8:00am to 11:30am until Saturday, June 17, within the framework of the Give Life, Give Blood national campaign. Blood Donor Days is implemented by the Department of Immunology and Transfusional Medicine at Rome Celio Military Polyclinic.

The Ministry of Defence has long focused on blood donation. On December 13 last year, the Military General Health Inspectorate signed an agreement with the Ministry of Health to implement a communication and information project aimed to promote blood and blood products donation among the military across the nation. The campaign aims to increase the number of blood and blood products donors especially among the military, focusing in particular on young generations, Military Schools and Academies.
