Sudan: all Italian civilians are safe

A total of 107 Italians arrived in Djibouti yesterday evening at 10pm (Italian time) aboard one of our C-130 aircraft.

Seven had already arrived a few hours earlier and another 40 arrived were transported on another aircraft in collaboration with the Spanish Armed Forces.

All the Italian civilians were evacuated to Djibouti where a refreshment area was set up pending their return to Italy.
