Minister Crosetto’s congratulations to the new Minister of Defence of Ukraine

The Minister of Defence, Guido Crosetto, extended his congratulations to the new Minister of Defence of Ukraine.

“Congratulations to Mykhailo Fedorov on his appointment as Minister of Defence of Ukraine.
A crucial role at a time that, today more than ever, requires strategic vision and determination. Our support continues, together with the international community, to ensure a concrete contribution in support of a nation that for almost four years has been facing the tragedy of a brutal aggression.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the outgoing Minister, Denys Shmyhal, for the work carried out and for the constructive cooperation developed so far.
To the new Minister, I wish him every success in his work, along a path towards security and stability and in defence of our shared values of freedom and peace.”
