Minister Crosetto receives the Chairman of the European Union Military Committee

Defence Minister Guido Crosetto today received the Chairman of the European Union Military Committee, General Seán Clancy.

A cordial meeting on issues of common interest, with a focus on hybrid threats and major crisis areas, including Ukraine and the Middle East. The importance of the EU's contribution to initiatives complementary to those of NATO was reiterated with a view to strengthening the European pillar of the Alliance.
