Minister Crosetto receives the Chair of the NATO Military Committee

Minister of Defense Guido Crosetto today received the Chair of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone.

The meeting focused on key international dossiers, the security of the Euro-Atlantic area with a particular emphasis on the Southern Flank and continued support for Ukraine.

“ The challenges and threats we face require cohesion, responsibility, and the ability to work as a team. It is essential to strengthen the European pillar of NATO, within a continental dimension that extends beyond the 27 European Union Member States. Only through unity, interoperability, and a shared vision can we bolster collective security and make the Alliance increasingly solid, credible, and effective. “
