Minister Crosetto at the Quirinale for the 1st Day of Italian Internment

Rome, September 19, 2025 – The Minister of Defense, Guido Crosetto, participated at the Quirinale, in the presence of President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, in the celebration of the first Day of Italian Internment in German concentration camps during World War II.

"The attention that the President of the Republic dedicates to the military and civilians who suffered the drama of deportation demonstrates the profound human, moral, and historical value of an event that deeply marked our country," said Minister Crosetto.
