Military Judiciary: Brazilian Delegation visits the Military Judiciary Offices of the Capital

The Military Attorney General at the Court of Cassation, Maurizio Block, welcomed the institutional visit of a military judiciary delegation from Brazil, chaired by Military Attorney General Antonio Pereira Duarte.

During the productive meeting, themes related to the implementation of military jurisdiction in the two countries were analyzed, and aspects related to organization, military order and substantive law deepened. Experience accumulated in the implementation of the respective functions were also discussed.

At the end of the meeting, based on great cordiality, the governing bodies of the two military judiciaries signed a Memorandum on International Cooperation drafted in order to foster future useful activities of reciprocal cooperation.
