"Today I had the pleasure of receiving the Chief Executive of the European Defence Agency (EDA), General André Denk.
The meeting focused on strengthening defence cooperation, industrial and technological coordination, as well as the increasingly important role of the EDA as a tool to promote European strategic autonomy.
I expressed my appreciation for the Agency’s work, highlighting the importance of ensuring the harmonisation of requirements, the protection of European industrial supply chains, and a balanced cooperation among all Member States, based on complementarity and the full involvement of the participating countries."
