Kosovo: KFOR promotes sports gender equality

New initiative implemented by the Italian military deployed with the NATO Mission in Kosovo: this time, it supports and promotes gender equality in the sports environment.

The Italian contingent of KFOR Command, mainly made up of Bersaglieri from  1st Regiment-Cosenza, has in fact donated sports apparel to the Dečane/Deçan female soccer team.

The initiative originated from the constant cooperation implemted by Regional Command West   Civilian-Military  Cooperation (CIMIC) team as part of the projects promoted by KFOR to support gender equality and establish an inclusive environment by eliminating sport discrimination.
