GCAP: Minister Crosetto meets with his counterparts from Japan and the United Kingdom

Defence Minister Guido Crosetto met with the United Kingdom Secretary of State for Defence, John Haley, and Japanese Minister of Defence, Gen. Nakatani, in the sidelines of the G7 Defence Ministerial.

The Trilateral Meeting was an opportunity to take stock of the GCAP (Global Air Combat Programme) progess.

"We discussed the programm’s significant progress, which guarantees equal participation and financial, industrial and technological returns. GCAP is afundamental element of the broader Defence strategy aimed to develop innovative capabilities and ensure a competitive edge to tackle future challenges”.
