Condolences from the Ministry of Defense and Minister Crosetto for the plane crash involving a Colombian military aircraft

The Italian Ministry of Defense and Minister Guido Crosetto express their deep condolences to the Armed Forces of Colombia and to the Minister of Defense, Pedro Sanchez, for the tragic plane crash involving a military transport aircraft of the Colombian Aerospace Force, which went down near Puerto Leguízamo, in the department of Putumayo, with more than one hundred military personnel on board, including passengers and crew members.
In this moment of grief, our thoughts go out to the families of the victims and our solidarity to the injured; we also hold in our thoughts the families of those who are still missing, with hope and anticipation.
