Colonel Luca Parmitano will be part of NASA’s Artemis III mission

The news that Luca Parmitano, Colonel of the Italian Air Force and ESA astronaut, will be part of the crew as pilot of NASA’s Artemis III mission represents a great source of pride for the Defence Ministry and, I would say, for the entire Nation.

A mission that marks a fundamental milestone in the journey that will bring humanity back to the Moon, and which confirms our country’s role among the leading players in space.
