80th Anniversary of The Liberation
President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, accompanied by President of the Council of Ministers Giorgia Meloni and Defence Minister Guido Crosetto, laid a wreath at the Altar of the Fatherland to honour all the Fallen on the occasion of the celebrations for the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation.

The ceremony has taken place in the presence of top State authorities: Speaker of the Senate Ignazio La Russa; Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies Lorenzo Fontana; President of the Constitutional Court Giovanni Amoroso. Chief of Defence Staff General Luciano Portolano and top military authorities were also in attendance
